Why we started this

We started The 410 because those stories deserve a home, and because a newsletter can be more than headlines. It can feel like a friend catching you up on your own state.

Founder bio
Brady's a lifelong Carroll County guy who's spent the last seven years working as a Maryland real estate agent, currently with Samson Properties, across Carroll, Howard, Baltimore, Frederick, Harford, Montgomery, Anne Arundel, and Prince George's Counties, plus Baltimore City.
He started The 410 because he kept running into stories about Maryland that had nothing to do with real estate and everywhere to do with why people love living here.
